All website design packages include the following:

A custom-designed website made to your approval, incorporating your logo and using your organisational colours, etc.

Scanning of all necessary photos and images

Editing/preparing existing text for your website

Up to 10 email accounts (you@yoursite.com)

Ability to create an online mailing list to send out e-bulletins/e-newsletters

Submission of your site to the major search engines

Assistance registering your own domain name
(.com, .org, .net, etc.)*

Assistance arranging site hosting with a hosting company*

*The cost of registering a domain name and hosting your website will be about £80-100 per year, depending on the size and activity of your website. You pay this fee directly to the registrar/hosting company, but I can set it all up for you.

Maintenance

Once the site is created and online, you might need some help to add to it or keep it up to date. For Site Maintenance I charge the following fees:

Once-off changes to the site (€75/£50)
(Fee is per batch of small changes, not per change)

Regular maintenance/updating of the site on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly basis (€150/£100 per day)
(Adding new content, updating the home page and site index, revising/updating existing content, adding news links, etc.)

Annual clean-up (€200/£135)
(Yearly review/update of the website to make sure contact details, etc. are current and the site is working properly.)
